PC boards and electronic assemblies for application in avionics must first and foremost be reliable and able to withstand harsh conditions such as strong vibration, impact or large temperature fluctuations.

We are able to meet the high standards set by the market thanks to our comprehensive test systems.

We test the quality of the PC boards using a standard MIL test during which the test coupons are subjected to a temperature shock in liquid lead at 288°C and a micro section is made of the test coupon. The micro sections are inspected under a microscope for microscopic cracks and the copper thickness measured in the micro-vias.
